I am really nervous about my success of week 2. They seem to be ramping up awfully quick.
Mon: Run 2 mins, walk 1 min; for 30 mins.
Tue: Walk 30 mins
Wed: Run 3 mins, walk 1 min; for 27 mins. Run 2 mins.
Thu: Walk 30 mins
Fri: Run 4 mins, walk 1 min; for 30 mins.
Sat: Run 4 mins, walk 1 min; for 30 mins.
Sun: rest
